Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for purchasing premium plans on iBioKaare. We strive to provide premium educational content of the highest quality to support your academic goals.
1. Digital Products and Immediate Access
Our premium products, including generated NCERT Biology notes, premium mind maps, and full worksheet generators, are purely digital goods delivered immediately to your workspace upon payment verification.
Because these products are instantly downloadable and consumable, we generally enforce a strict no-refund policy after a successful transaction is processed and access is configured.
2. Cancellation of Services
For recurring subscription plans, you can cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Your cancellation will cease future recurring charges; however, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain premium access to your workspace until the end of your current subscription period.
3. Exceptions and Compensation
We appreciate that system errors can happen. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and issue a complete refund or transaction reversal under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Billing: Multiple payments were debited due to a payment gateway latency or double submission.
- Access Failures: The premium service failed to activate on your user account, and our technical support team is unable to manually restore access within 48 business hours.
4. Processing Timelines
All approved refunds are reversed through our payment partner (Razorpay) back to the original payment source (credit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). Refunds typically take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer or banking institution's policies.
