Thank you for choosing iBioKaare. This Return & Shipping Policy outlines the delivery mechanism and terms for our products.
1. Digital Delivery Only
iBioKaare is an online educational portal. We generate NCERT Biology notes, worksheets, and exam prep mind maps. All products and services offered on our platform are purely digital.
We do not stock, ship, package, or transport any physical goods or printed textbooks. There are no shipping labels, tracking IDs, or logistic partners involved.
2. No Shipping Charges or Delays
Since we do not deal in physical goods:
- There are zero shipping or packaging fees.
- There is no delivery delay. Access to all paid tools and materials is provisioned instantly in your workspace environment as soon as payment is confirmed by Razorpay.
3. Return Incompatibility
Since the materials are intangible assets that can be viewed and stored electronically, they cannot be physically shipped back or "returned" to us. Consequently, we do not accept returns. If you have run into billing issues or did not receive delivery of your digital access, please consult our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
