Welcome to iBioKaare. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, resources, generators, and services. By accessing the site, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
1. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, notes, mind maps, diagnostic questions, codes, and interface elements displayed on iBioKaare are the exclusive property of iBioKaare. You are granted a limited, personal, non-sublicensable license to view and print materials solely for your own preparation and study. Reselling, distributing, or scraping our content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use our workspaces, you must register a personal account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing your premium subscription account with other users is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent termination of your access without refund.
3. Transactions and Payments
Billing is managed through Razorpay. You agree to pay the standard listed prices for our plans. All payments must be made using authorized payment instruments. Any fraudulent payment attempts or unauthorized chargebacks will lead to immediate account suspension.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the platform for:
- Uploading any malicious scripts, files, or viruses.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass payment barriers or generator limits.
- Automated scraping or indexing of the platform's material databases.
5. Limitation of Liability
iBioKaare provides education tools "as is." While we maintain the accuracy of our biology contents, we do not warrant that the materials are free from all typological errors. We are not liable for any specific score results or outcomes in academic or board examinations (NEET, CUET, etc.).
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.
